Our stay at this luxurious hotel was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive to our needs. The in-room amenities were exclusive and of great quality, with plush beds and high-end toiletries. The restaurant and bar/lounge area provided a wide selection of delicious, gourmet food and drinks. The location offered stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
The only minor issue we had at this venue was the service at the spa and wellness centre. While the facilities were top-notch, the staff seemed disorganized and not as attentive as the rest of the hotel.
